perfume: tom ford 'rive d'ambre'
I've been trying to be good with my money lately so haven't made one of these 'Lusting After' posts in a while, they just make me want everything! But after browsing some online stores today I couldn't resist collecting some pieces together so I can purchase them in the future. First up we have this Topshop frill bralet which really reminds of the white Zara one which sold out almost immediately! I have my boyfriend's birthday party this weekend and would love to wear this with the Topshop fluoro mesh green skirt. I think they go so well together and the bright green really stands out against the black top. I can imagine wearing this outfit with some statement earrings like these H&M tiger clip earrings and this Whistles croc bag which is simple and classic.
I've also got my eye on a few bits and bobs from River Island such as this bright coral jumper which I already have in a much more toned down orange. I layer this jumper on top of everything so I think the coral shade would be a great investment for when the weather cools down. I also really like this River Island crop t-shirt with the cut-out back. I never usually wear this dark shade of red but I love the detailing at the back of the t-shirt, it gives it such a unique twist. I would wear it with these Topshop Boutique black ripped jeans and the River Island monochrome jelly shoes. I really want a pair of these but I'm scared they're going to be blister central! Do anyone already own a pair?
I'm not usually a stripes person but I kinda like this H&M striped crop top to create a more casual day look with maybe a maxi skirt or some high-waisted shorts. I actually think it could go quite well with this Topshop grey and lace skater skirt which I am so tempted to buy as it's only £20. I think this is one of those skirts you would get so much wear out of, during both Winter and Summer, plus it would never really go out of style. Last up we have the gorgeous Tom Ford Rive D'Ambre which is the best perfume I've ever smelt. I kept spraying it on me when I was testing it in Selfridges and definitely gained some strange looks! It's part of the new Atelier d'Orient collection which was launched recently. I'm really bad at describing scents but it has a very citrus and oriental scent and smells really warm and Summery. It costs £320 for a 250ml bottle so I think I can wave goodbye to owning this anytime soon!
