Lusting After #49

Apologies for being absent on the blog front recently, I've only gone and got a sinus infection so I'm house-bound on antibiotics for the next week! This means that outfit posts are looking quite unlikely until next week so in the mean time I've collected together some items I've spied over the past few days. I've avoided the shops recently as all the sales have started so looking online for their new pieces is much easier!

I'm off to Marbella in less than 4 weeks now and I'd love to take this Topshop tie-dye crochet bikini away with me. The colours are so perfect and the top could also be worn as a crop top with a maxi skirt. The River Island boxy cropped t-shirt caught my eye with the bright neon shade of orange, this would look great against tanned skin and dressed up with gold statement jewellery. I haven't bought a shirt/ blouse in ages and this Toshop oversized floral shirt could be the next one I purchase. I really love the oversized boxy shape and the monochrome floral print makes it easy to wear with so many things. I'd throw this on over a bikini on the beach and then dress it up when I get home with some skinny jeans and the River Island white blocked sandals. I always tend to stay away from heels during the day but these block style heels are easy to walk in and aren't too high for every day wear. This Topshop multicoloured triangle bra would also be so useful when on holiday for layering under low-armhole vests or crops to add a discrete touch of colour.

I don't usually buy much from Primark as I never seem to find that much worth purchasing in store. However, since viewing their latest High Summer 2013 collection online, I can't wait to get my hands on some of their new pieces. I love these Primark paisley print trousers, they have a real 70s style to them with the muted colours in the print. I would wear these with a cropped t-shirt or vest like this H&M yellow cropped vest which is just a really simple staple item for the wardrobe. These Primark white round sunglasses would also add to the 70s look and are such a bargain for £2.50!

Since the weather has brightened up, party season has officially begun and I would love this Topshop blurred forest skirt to wear out next week. I've seen this in store and the colours used within the print blend so well together. I think this skirt really stands out and is such an individual piece, it only needs a plain crop or body worn with it to create a Summer evening look. I would wear some simple and delicate jewellery pieces such as these Whistles gold knot rings. These are so minimalistic and understated but still look beautiful on the finger and could be combined with other rings. Lastly, I've always been a huge fan of anything tortoise shell and this H&M clutch bag is no exception. I haven't seen this in store yet and I'm reluctant to order online as I've heard H&M orders take weeks to arrive! Have you ever ordered anything off the H&M website, if so how long did it take to come?
