This is getting ridiculous now, I'm back in bed suffering from this virus again! I haven't felt much better since the weekend so I guess a full couple of days of rest are in order so I can completely recover. I'm typing this from my tissue-filled bed and trying to get down this hot lempsip, so bare with me if this post is a little shaky!
I've realised lately just how guilty I am of wearing something a few times and then stuffing it at the back of my wardrobe as it gets replaced by newer goodies. I forget how much I actually really like certain items until I find them months later. I've always loved this sheer peach blouse but for some reason I usually opt for my Mango white studded blouse if I have to choose. I love the nude shade of the fabric and it has a really pretty cut out design at the back which I didn't photograph, silly me! I think it goes really well with this aztec print mini skirt which I purchased a few weeks ago. I had ummed and ahhed over it for so long and finally bit the bullet. I did try it on with the matching jumper but found the shape way too boxy and unflattering due to the heavy fabric. I felt like the Michelin man!
I gave my new 'Maddie' Kurt Geiger's an outing for the second time. I haven't got round to wearing them much as the weather is so up and down. I love the double style buckle on the side of the shoe and the thick chunky heel is fitting for the upcoming season. I don't usually wear heels during the day as they tend to slow me down during my rush hour commute so a pair of flats in my bag is always essential!
