Ahh my old friend! I practically lived in this leather waistcoat with the mongolian fur stole for the entire season last Winter and I still love it now. It pretty much goes with anything and the stole helps to keep nice and warm on days like today. I love the look and feel of mongolian fur, I find it much softer than standard faux- fur as long as you get a good quality product. This was slightly pricey as it is real leather so I think it cost around £140 but I've definitely got my wear out of it since. I paired it with this white studded blouse which I bought whilst I was in Marbella a couple of months ago so I can't say whether they had/ have it over in the UK stores. I always seem to be wearing blouses at the moment, they fit in with my daily routine of working in a design office and they're also easy to pair with other garments to create a smart look. I also wore my faux-leather skater skirt which I've only worn on nights out but during the day it looks good with a blouse/ jumper combo or a t-shirt tucked in.
The only bad thing about living in London is I can't really get online deliveries posted to my flat easily as we have a tiny post box and they can't leave them outside the flat. I've recently ordered a new American Apparel sweater, the Clarins Odyssey Eye Quartet Mineral Palette (which I can't wait to get my hands on!) and a Ted Baker make-up bag, all of which I have to trek to the post office tomorrow morning and pick up. At least on the bright side it may prevent myself from buying so many things online? Nahhh!
